TALCA

Plaza de Armas is the heart of the city and the central plaza. In summer days is full of activities and fairs.  

 

In front of it, there is The City Hall, some Communities Services buildings, and the main Cathedral Church.  If you have problems to identify the streets you can see the square as a zero zone, where streets started being named by its cardinal points as ”norte,sur,este,oeste”( north, south, east, and west). 
 

Besides, due to its importance, there will be always a police car in a corner, therefore if you have a problem and you need some police assistance you can go here.
 

If you are walking through “1 Sur” street from the Plaza de Armas, you will see different parts for eating, having a cup of coffee, taking an ice cream and shopping. You could try walking until you get to the ” 11 Oriente” street and discover this particular area full of popular businesses and life.
